Best pivoting/steerable tow dolly?

I have a Demco dolly. It is an older one that has the pivoting wheels like a car. I love it, tracks perfectly behind the RV. I purchased mine used for around $200 if I remember correctly. You might want to look for a used one if you don't mind used. JMO
