Best source for Canadian mail order drugs

note that some/many of these "Canadian" pharmacies are actually only mail drops and the actual product might come directly from pill mills in 3rd world countries. one advertisement I got clearly stated that the drugs would be sourced from other countries, so just because you order from Canada, you are not assured that they will be made with adequate controls.
the danger would depend on the criticality of proper dissolution, potency, etc. for a specific drug.
