Best wax for lazy people?

I recently started using Turtle Wax Ice Shine and Seal after watching this video comparison. All I do is wash the RV, then dry it off. Then I spray it on a few feet at a time and wipe it off. The only thing lazier (when it comes to waxing) is letting someone else do it.

I've used this on cars and it really brings out the shine. Our TT is aluminum sided and it didn't come as shiny as the cars did, but water beaded up and repelled off very quickly. Our TT is only a few years old and still looks new. I could feel the difference between waxed sections and unwaxed sections more than see it, so I was happy.

I have used Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax ever since we bought the TT and it keeps the TT looking very nice. The Turtle Wax Ice Shine and Seal provides 3 months of UV Protection.

I use the Aero Cosmetics system, I can do the entire camper in about 3 hours.

It depends on if you want it purdy for a few weeks or months, or for a year or longer before you have to work at it again. With the lazy man's products and spray detailer's, you get weeks or a month. No free lunch.

Buy a Wen 6" random orbit polisher on Amazon for $25 and a bunch of pads, along with some Meguiars Marine Cleaner wax #50. Then do it once every 2 years or so. I can do a 30' RV 3 or 4 hours at a leisurely pace, including a couple of beer breaks.

We have been using Wash and Wax All on the RV and the cars. It is very fast and easy to use. You just spray it on and wipe it off.

The second response answered your question - hire someone to do it for you since all the other replies require some sort of elbow grease. I just got done putting 2 coats of Maguier's RV/Marine wax on my 40 footer. Took a lot of effort but very worth it. And if I read it correctly, no one you ever speak to at a campground has anything worthwhile to say? So everyone else has a problem? Did I read that right? Hmmmm. BTW, I'm a red SOLO cup kind of guy.

Best lazy way to do it is 'hire it out'. What I do.
