Walmart sells one for about $200 but I'd stay away since it's only a single speed. If you're on the beach then you definitely want some gears. There's times I have to put the bike in the absolute lowest gear which means I'm spinning and spinning the pedals but not going fast. lol That headwind on the beach can be a killer.
You can get one for $450. I got the Elite version on the following page but I changed out the brakes.
