I have that exact rack, wanna buy it? The clamp bolt on the bottom broke the first time it was used. It is a great idea but apparently can't hold up to the leveraged weight and bouncing. I will probably just have it welded to a draw bar rather than tossing it.
Like already mentioned, you cannot use it with a weight distribution hitch head. I used it while towing a small utility trailer.
