We used "Traveling Mailbox"......they have different addresses across the US that you can use and the highest cost is $55. a month. We did the $15.00. They have a great website for looking at the mail and YOU determining if you want it forwarded, returned, shredded, etc.
I simply want someone to shred my mail (80-100 pieces per year). No sorting, scanning, filing, etc required. Just receive the mail and immediately shred it. I will not pay $180 per year for that service.
So you want someone to deal with your mail but don't want to pay too much for it? What, in your mind , is a reasonable fee? I use a mailbox store in CA; $150 per year plus postage I also send the owner $20 gift cards quarterly. She will do whatever I ask with the mail. If I want it forwarded she charges the postage plus a small fee.
