How do you function at all without reading your mail? What good is it to get mail if you don't read it? Suppose you inherited a million dollars but had to contact your lawyer to claim it in a limited time frame? I am not talking about a scam but the real deal. You can go paperless with most businesses, but what about DMV notices?

Re the DMV, my vehicle registration and driver's license are in the same state (WA) and so I use a friend's POB in WA only for that purpose. However, I'm not aware of any mail I need to get from them (but I do need a WA state address for DMV). I renew my license plate and driver's license online. I've been doing this for over 10 years.
