- 2oldmanExplorer III would put replacement on your to-do list. Not a fun job, but kinda important!
- Golden_boysExplorerDumped a week ago, yes it needs to be dumped now. Will check out your suggestion. Thank you

Not without a drain pan underneath!
I would loosen the 4 bolts that sandwich it together a little and see if it would then open. - rv2goExplorer IIA little more info would help.
How long has it been since you last pulled it open?
Does the black tank need dumping? Or, is it empty?
The seals may just be stuck to the blade.
If mine, I would loosen the 4 bolts that sandwich it together a little and see if it would then open. - The_real_wild1ExplorerMine was stuck too the first time I used it. Some one on here has mentioned vegetable oil in the tank to free it up. Ill be using that in the spring to get it moving like it should. I had to force mine open.
- Golden_boysExplorerWe are down south, no cold weather.
- MWJonesExplorerIf tank is empty (as it should be in winter) put LOTS of BOILING hot water down the toilet.
Heat up the valve with a heat gun. Don't waste your time with a hair dyer.
Good luck.
