A 31 black tank and 41 gray should have lasted you the weekend if you conserved. You're camping...do you need a shower every night? If you come in on Friday night, take a 'Navy' shower on Saturday night and take your Sunday one at home.
Use paper plates and you'd only have to do dishes perhaps twice a weekend - on Saturday and before you leave on Sunday. You don't need a full sink of water to do them.
Wash hands and brush teeth without letting the water run. It really can be done!
