I have the 17 inch blackstone. It's fine, but it only has 1 burner.
I want to buy a 22 inch blackstone to give me the versatility of 2 burners, 2 control knobs, and thus 2 different heat zone temps.
Oftentimes when cooking different things on the same grill, one items needs a certain temp and another item requires a different temp. That's why I want to replace my 17 inch. Eggs need a lower temp than bacon or sausage, etc.
Just a little food for thought, pun intended.
