Was just in Walmart last night looking at bacon. Its amazing the price people pay for fat. Many choices were out of stock. Everything had color and smoke flavor added. Gonna make a Costco run. They used to sell the nitrate free bacon but that disappeared from our local Costco a couple years ago.
