Thanks for all the great info. Some have suggested dialing down the air pressure before blowing the lines. Unfortunately, I have a Superflow MV-50 air compressor that isn't adjustable. It's rated to 120psi, but the manual doesn't say what the output pressure is.
Also, I have read in other posts that some use de-icer windshield washer fluid in the p-traps and gray/blank tanks. I wouldn't use it in the lines, but the other posters say it's cheaper. ($1.50/gal vs $3.50/gal) Has anyone tried that? (please don't blow me in place. Just asking)
Also, my 5er has the Glacier package, so the entire underside is covered. Probably doesn't make any difference when the furnace isn't running.
