As stated previously, when someone uses a little toy compressor with no reservoir capacity, or a bigger compressor but doesn't let the air run long enough to blow all the water clear, sure it's a risky proposition.
But to say the method is the problem is just silly.
As in most cases, it's the human factor that's the problem.
