Double check your bars and make sure you have the right ones. When my dealer set mine up I had issues only to find out the manufacture had packaged the lighter bars when I ordered the heavier bars. Dealer found out and had to go back to check records on trailers purchased to contact owners to check which bars they had so they could change out to the proper bars.
Get a breaker bar and socket, you will be so much happier than the manufacture supplied bar.
