Hitch is about two years old, and yes, I do have the 1500lb bars.
I also use a breaker bar and socket, not the supplied wrench. Discovered that necessity first time I used it.
Am planning on calling Blue Ox sometime this week. I kinda hate to order new bars at $300(ish) only to find out it doesn't help.
