Spring is broken - I called Blue Ox and they FedEx me new pins at no charge. I had a local shop put them in for me. $64 in New Mexicao. The temporary fix they gave me was a block of wood and duct tape to hold the handle up in the locked position. This worked for me for two days of towing until I found a shop to install them.
