That is great advice to call Blue Ox. These were just installed about 10 months ago. Since I am 1200 miles from home, that is a good temp fix. They do lock manually when I help them out while another is driving while inching forward. Then we watch on turns through the rear camera to make sure there are no problems.
Yes, good idea with the safety cables. Those are under the tow bar, however, on mine. Thanks.
