I was a member of Harvest Hosts, where mostly wineries but also some farms, hosted boondockers in exchange for the anticipation that the boondocker would buy something from their store. Boondockers Welcome and Harvest Hosts did not work well for me. Often you have to email the host, or at least call minimum of 24 hours in advance. That was too restricting on my schedule, as I like to be much more spontaneous.
