Is there anything I can buy to bring in a better signal at rv park wifi?

Even if you increase the signal strength, you will not necessarily get faster wifi. I have been in many with strong signal but barely useable for much more than e-mail due to bandwidth limitations.
There are amplifiers available. I have not used one but someone will come along shortly with recommendations.
