As others have said.. If the park has not the bandwith you can have a strong signal (Say 70% saturation,, what I have right now,, that is very strong) and no bandwidth to work with.
On the other hand if you are down around say 10% saturation.... Well there are several devices that can boost it.
Wi-FI Ranger is one of the best. This is a 2 device system with a lan cable between them.. You have a wi-fi Modem you can put outside the RV, Up on the roof. Behind it on a ladder or pole. On the pickinc table, wherever it gets the best signal (I use a home made version and often run it up a flag pole).
Indoor you have a re-router/power supply.. This is a router that provides power (over the lan cable) to the outside module (I do it with an extension cord)
In addition there are tricks you can do to give the outside unit more punch.
IF your Wi-Fi "Modem" has a Finger (An antenna (just one) that sticks up like a finger) you can google for Wi-Fi Booster Open Road RV as I recall and you will get a PDF flie.
Print it on CARD STOCK
Cover one part with Foil 9not plastic but metal) from the kitchen
Assemble and drop it over the finger.
I use http://www.amateurlogic.tv Episode 3 but I did not re-cut the antenna. When I take the director off my LInksys WGA-54G it is 100% Stock.
