Bought used coach from General RV with some rot issues

this pic doesnt show us very much as to the extent and condition of your unit.Is the wood soft and spongy,,how deep does the rot or discoloration penitrate the wood and the floor.this is a simply 3 hour fix if this is all the damage you have,,,if more damage is present then post for us to consider..I hve repaired a lot of this kind of damage and its not as bad as it seems..Post more pics.
