I will be taking it elsewhere for certain. General states the slide must be removed to repair causing all the man-hours.
The worst part about this is I actually caught the symptom at the PDI, and took the service tech's word that they had fully checked it out and was not a problem. I will never take another dealer at their word again. DW is certain the dealer was fully aware and thinks they purposely moved the couch to hide the damage. The carpet showed the impression where the dinette was installed so definitely someone made the switch.
