That does not include carpet, trim, or wall paneling which all also need to be replaced-carpet is black moldy; trim rotted; paneling rotted 1 foot up wall and has already been cut out
They are correct on it being a big job. You need to remove the slide to do it right. On my Wildwood part of the floor under the slide needs replaced as well. It will run me about $3500 and I'm supplying the new carpet and paneling and trim. There is only one place I know to get the 12' long plywood for the floor is in Indiana.
