Wood is soft along side wall about 6 inches entire depth (3 feet apron) and loose from side wall. Bottom plate of wall soft about 50%. They quote for just those 2 items repaired 26 hours of labor at $119 per hour and $600 materials.
That does not include carpet, trim, or wall paneling which all also need to be replaced-carpet is black moldy; trim rotted; paneling rotted 1 foot up wall and has already been cut out
