The original owner may have switched things around and not the dealer. My impression is that dealers just turn the rigs around with minor, if any, inspection. This doesn't change your situation, though. When I bought a car that I thought was fraudulently represented I contacted a lawyer and he said to forget it...dealers have that contract you signed and it lets them out of almost any and everything that may go wrong. Sorry for your situation. I think you are taking the best course of action and going elsewhere to get the situation corrected.
