Bought used coach from General RV with some rot issues

General RV... ugh. They damaged my hitch. The forklift driver noticed it, admitted it, and got the manager out to look at it so they could repair it. Two weeks later they brought in the wrong parts and I had a hard time getting them to fix it the right way. The manager than proceeded to argue with me that I was probably lying and they couldn't have damaged it, etc. Yeah, even with the employee stepping up and taking responsibility the manager tried to dodge it and blame me and tell me I was lying.
