OK here's an update for the better. I went in today to get our unit as I am in agreement with most of the good suggestions here, and was going to take my business elsewhere for good. The store GM and the new service manager came out and I calmly expressed my opinion to them. They told me there is no way that unit should have been delivered like that and are now overstepping the corporate office and fixing the damage. I will update this soon but for the first time in all my "screwings" from RV dealers somebody finally is stepping up to hopefully make this right.
This is a complete 180 from the answers I got from their main office I pray it is a sign of better things to come.
