Boy did I have a great experience!

I have heard people talk about their great experiences with LS. I used them once, they made a mistake, and when I went back in they were extremely rude and accused me of lying. This was a minor mistake that resulted in an extra cost of less than $50. Their attitude was so bad and accusitory, that I called their HQ office. When I stated my name, the person said "oh, I know all about it and I'm not doing anything for you". No one would ever explain why they believed I was lying. I spoke to another tire shop and they said they would have just refunded the extra money and that it was a common mistake. I hadn't even had a chance to be rude before they started accusing me - it was as soon as I walked in the door.

I refuse to use them now. I have a good local shop and America's Tires and have been very happy with both. And they don't treat me like ****.
