I have had the system since 2003. It's been on three gas motor-homes and two toads. I did the installations myself. The reason I have stayed with the system is on a rig without air brakes you get an compressor that gives air at 130 lbs. I have had to replace the proportioning valve in 2015.That is the only problem I have had with the system. You also get lots of free beer in campgrounds when people find out how easy it is to get there bike tires filled.It should not change you warranty you add a tee to the front brake line . You would want to check with Ford to be sure.
