Break-away required???
Can someone tell me or point me?? Is a break-away brake system required in all states as far as flat towing or does it vary by weight / state or???????????? Thanks for any help:)

Yes. There's a pic floating around where the whole front end of a unibody toad came off with the baseplate still attached.
