My only "break down" was running out of fuel of I-10 west of Pensacola. In my defense the coach was new-to-me and the fuel gauge read 1/4 when I ran out. I called Coach-net and after some confusion as to where I was, a friendly local service company showed up and pumped 15 gallons into the rig. I pulled off at the next exit and put another 80 in. The fuel tank in the Sahara holds 100 gallons.
Everything else that has happened (and it isn't much - just small stuff) I have been able to fix myself on the road without any disruption in plans.
And for the record, I'm at a fuel pump when the gauge reads 3/4 now.
