Bringing a generator with to a FHU campground?

I was thinking about this. I have a small 2200W generator that will do everything I need but run the A/C. I know some campgrounds lose power and was wondering if anyone carries it along as back up jus...

When I had a TT one of the reasons I added a rear platform was to have genset at all times. I did not want to have to plan to use genset. Genset was always there for those unexpected times I needed it.
I now have a built in on my fiver.
