Bringing a generator with to a FHU campground?

I was thinking about this. I have a small 2200W generator that will do everything I need but run the A/C. I know some campgrounds lose power and was wondering if anyone carries it along as back up jus...

The Honda 2000 lives in the trailer bilge. It goes wherever we go. We try not to make reservations so sometimes we are without power. Genny is right there for us.
