For instance will this be an RV park only? Or will you welcome tenters? Any little "cabins" for rent? What is your plan to get the kids in the family to say "stop here, stop here?" Going to run a cafe'? All three meals? How about basic RV supplies for sale? How big a swimming pool are you planning? Propane refill station in the RV park? What rates are charged by your nearest competitors? Are there any city, county, state or federal campsites nearby? (Cuzz that's where I'll go FIRST.)
