Rob makes some very good points, and the only one I would semi-disagree with pertains to wifi. He said: "Wi-Fi that's not up to the task is no better than none at all.". IMO if the wifi is poor, it's worse than no wifi. If you advertise wifi then people expect it to work, but at least if you don't advertise it, then people will deal with it without as many complaints.
