Here’s my input...
Pull through spots where the land allows it, back-ins where appropriate or the land cant be used for other services such as dog runs, play grounds, walking. Give us some room to breath at our campsites.
Make sure you have published rules of behavior, have staff trained to enforce them, staff to pick up trash daily,
Since you’re in the south, avoid asphalt except perhaps for roadways.
Obviously full hooks, 50/30/20 amps available.
If not close to OTA TV service, then park cable, WIFI/Internet
Allow fires in grills only, less messy, less affect on other campers.
Try not to allow full time living unless you have to and then have a separate area for those clients.
Perhaps have a VERY small section of flat level ground with no services that can be used for one nighters that want a place to stay, but wont do the walmart gig. Perhaps a nominal to cover use of the dump station, water fill up.
