I'll agree with most things listed already. The concept of setting aside an area of pull thru spots with easy in and out with few trees, with or without water and electric for transit stays at a reduced price as well for the use would be great.
As Western rv said personnel is an issue, and if you are a family farm, you will have to add that as an issue as well as customer service. I built a service business, and was surprised at the demands some customers would make. You need to accept that there is a percentage of your customers that will complain, (I've repeatedly heard about 3%) no matter what you do. It will drive you crazy if you let it. You have to set a clear price for a specific level of service, and then stick to it.
I do wish I had tried what you are doing years ago. My family had a block of land which would have been worth exploring.
