Well. if you want a lot of "Overnighters" You want nostly PULL THROUGH sites.
DO NOT PAVE WITH ASPHALT Nice thick steel reinforced Concrete or hard packed dirt with optional gravel. Make sites LEVEL, make them wide (Also the drives wide) so they are easy to get in an out of.

GOOD WI-FI lots of it. Multiple nodes
Many RVers use roof nounted Sat Dishes so have a good number of sites with a good view of the proper "Arc" of the sky (90 to 130 degrees West)

Phone lines and Cat-6 lines to at least SOME sites, additional charge if you patch then in in the back roomn of the office
