Lots of helpful advice on here, thanks. In addition to the farm we run a hardware store and my wife has spent her life in customer service so we feel we’ll be alright with the people part of the business.
We are thinking of putting most monthly’s on the outside rows with back in spots and almost everything else 75x35 pull thoughs.
Our bathhouse is planned to be pretty much what ScottG describes, full individual bathrooms.
We wanted to leave some trees for shade but I hadn’t considered trees interfering with satellite and WiFi signals. We’ll still try to leave some but will take that into consideration.
We attended an owners convention and something that was mentioned to us there was leaving cable out altogether and instead focus on having excellent WiFi. With streaming popularity growing rapidly and many RVs having their own satellite dish,we just wondered if we were to a point we could leave cable out. I’d love to hear your opinions on this, is no cable a deal breaker or is it something being used less and less? Either way we plan on having excellent WiFi.
