Building a park from scratch, opinions welcomed!!!

WRVPO brought up something interesting about having a pool . Other than the seasonals is this a destination park where you expect families will want to spend a vacation week or meant for those more or less passing through or spending a few days ? Don't forget our population is getting older and there will be more and more senior RV'ers out there year after year . Maybe a A/C equipped recreation type hall would serve you and your guests better . Bingo , movies , card nights etc etc .
