Grand Design does typically offer more sizable bathrooms (and showers) than the competition, but they can suffer from shoddy workmanship just like the rest.
I think they've been a great influence on the industry in general because their newer layouts and designs. Lots of copy catting going on now.
They are owned by Winnebago, which has a line of trailers called Voyage which might meet your needs nicely. They're pretty heavy duty and even offer washer and dryer in certain floor plans.
