Buying a new truck but trying to decide which...

So buying another new truck and was hardcore headed for the Ram but then started looking at the Chevy as well. I'm looking at Ram 2500 Laramie or Big Horn diesel, the 3500 srw with the aisin tranny ...

I bought the Ram in 2012. One reason for me, and I have nothing to back it up with, is maybe the inline six of the Cummins would offer better low rpm torque. Love the Laramie but don't think you could go wrong with any of the big three.
