For my money the RAM is just built so much stronger hand heavier and you can see it in it's stance and underneath.
Add the rear air leveling system and you have a combination that is unbeatable and the only manufacture that offers it. Also keep in mind that RAM was the only one that rated their tow ability for their 2500 and 3500s against the SAE J2807 standard, GM join beginning with MY16. Ford only rates the F150 and F450 against the standard.
