- winnimanExplorer IILots of rvs were damaged by hurricane Katrina and Sandy. Watch out for flood damaged units written off by the insurance companies. Might have hidden mould problems.

The salvage/rebuilt title will follow it forever. The purchase price was about half the value and I will have additional money for repairs/upgrades in it. You have to be very careful about hidden damage. I used the trailer rebuild for stress relief. I did not worry about resale since it was for others to use. I have seen some priced so high by the time you did repairs you could have bought a clean used camper for the same amount.
