How good is the warranty? If the manufacturer will not pay warranty claims the dealer won't do the work. Sometimes a long term warranty is a way to entice the buyer into buying a product that he wouldn't normally want to. A Korean car with a 10 year warranty comes to mind.
It sounds like you are sold on the new unit but many folks on this Forum only buy used because all/most of the warranty work has already been found and fixed.
