If you buy a new trailer it's value drops as soon as you sign the paper. The Jayco has has already taken that hit. If you had to sell in a year you would probably get more of your money back on the Jayco. If the Jayco is as clean as you say I would call that dealer and thank him for his time and say you are going to buy the other unit. I bet he drops his price. Oh I had a Jayco TT for 10 years was a great unit.
Dealer is getting frustrated with me...lol. Said that was his final price and he has others interested. One thing is for sure, I did a search on RV trader and called the biggest Jayco sellers and they are not touching his ask of $21,900. Most are $26k for 2017.
