Buying out of state, registration and taxes?
I'm in AZ and looking at buying in NV. Dealer said I would pay taxes in AZ when I register it and not in NV. Can anyone elaborate on this thats familiar with AZ or NV RV taxes and registration?

Got my new RV registered to day at AZ DMV. I did not pay any taxes in NV where I bought the RV. At AZ DMV I was charged 5.6% tax which is AZ's tax rate. I was not charged city or county taxes. If I had bought the RV in AZ I would have paid about 9.5% total in taxes, at least in the metro Phoenix area.
