Buying trailer in FL, PA resident- how to title?
Hi I am currently a PA resident buying a trailer from a dealer in Florida. Can I get a Florida title and registration for the trailer or does it have to be PA title/registration?

If you trailer will be in FL for more then 6 months a year it has to be registered in FL.
If you trailer will be in PA for more then 6 months a year it has to be registered in PA.
To register in PA get an "intansit" permit from FL. This permit will allow you to drive from FL to PA. When in PA you'll then be able to register/title in PA and pay the PA sales tax.
