Buying trailer in FL, PA resident- how to title?
Hi I am currently a PA resident buying a trailer from a dealer in Florida. Can I get a Florida title and registration for the trailer or does it have to be PA title/registration?

Why a tag if it is not being used on the highway ? Because in most states if it is not real property it is personal property and must be tagged . If it is considered real property then the land owner is responsible for paying ad valorum taxes on the "improvements ".Many counties in Fl you will pay taxes on add ons such as carports or storage rooms .
