What purpose is the LLC? That will be a question. If it's a legitimate business that requires you to own and use an RV you should be ok. But Montana LLCs are scrutinized closer since everyone knows people were using them to avoid paying taxes in their home state. And how long will you be travelling? Without a semi-permanent address won't it be difficult to get a VISA? it's a challenge for sure. Even US residents trying to full time have to declare a permanent residency somewhere (stupid I know) but the governments want their fair share of your income and patriot act requires the government to know where you live. I would speak to an attorney that's familiar with such things.
