(Little bit south of you). Once a year we also use the same stuff and seems to be enough. All woodwork gets a wipe down and a good polishing. Humidity takes it toll, if you run a dehumidifier wood gets dried out. Putting oil on helps in years to come keeping woodwork looking great. I use it on all woodwork.
